MEET OUR STAFF

Before introducing you to the staff, a few words about who we are.  GalaxSea Cruises is an independently owned, cruise oriented travel agency.  GalaxSea Cruises, located near Lansing, Michigan has a retail office serving the mid-Michigan area.  You are visiting our Internet branch.  We have been in the travel business since 1984 and opened our cruise division, specializing in just cruises, in 1997.  Our staff is specifically trained in cruise vacations.

  Our pledge to you, as with all our customers, is to provide you with the best service possible. We will treat you honestly and with integrity.  After all, we want you to come back again and to tell all your friends and family about us!

GalaxSea Cruises is a member of CLIA (Cruise Lines International Association) and ASTA (American Society of Travel Agents).  We are accredited by PITA (The Professional Internet Travel Alliance) as a certified website.  GalaxSea Cruises is affiliated with International Tours of Lansing, a full service travel agency established in 1984.

Meet Our Cruise Specialists!

Michael Jackman, Manager:  “I love cruising.  Having sailed on over 60 different ships and inspecting many more in port, I understand what a cruise vacation is all about.”

Michael is a Master Cruise Counselor as certified by the Cruise Lines International Association.  This is the highest designation a member of the travel industry can receive and demonstrates a knowledge and expertise of the cruise industry that is unsurpassed.  Michael specializes in arranging group and incentive travel for companies, families and associations.
